Child & Family Law
Legal matters that affect your children and family are very difficult. Whether it's a divorce or children issues, you need our support in dealing with these disruptions. We specialize in Children's Rights (Child Law), including Adoptions, Paternity, Guardianships, Conservatorships, Child in Need of Care, Juvenile Crime, Protection from Abuse actions, and other related matters, as well as Collaborative Family Law, which allows you to divorce without going to Court.

Collaborative Family Law (Divorce without going to Court)Allows you to put your children's needs first!  Couples can divorce without going to court, to better prepare for the outcome, expenses and time-frame involved in the divorce.  Collaborative Family Law is a conflict resolution process that does not rely on Court-imposed resolution, but on an atmosphere of honesty, cooperation, integrity and professionalism.
